The
recruitment, training, consultation and development services of the employment
offices meet the needs of employers and the challenges of the changing labour
market. The services are tailor-made in accordance with the need.
The employment
office provides services, when the enterprise needs labour. As a support
service for recruitment, the employer can on certain conditions be granted
subsidy for the employment of an unemployed jobseeker. Labour market training
can be implemented as a joint purchase of the employer and the labour
administration. The employment office also provides counselling in situations
when the personnel is reduced.
The
employment offices have a network of over 200 outlets, covering the whole
country. The basic services related to recruitment and the development of the
personnel, which are offered to the employers, are without charge, and they are
available at all employment offices.
In addition
to basic services, major employment offices provide special services,
PersonnelSolutions, liable to charges and tailor-made for the needs of the
employer.
Some
employment offices also tend to hiring out of personnel for fixed-term duties.
